Can I rent warehouse space short term?
Yes. Watermoor Point offers short-term warehouse rental on 30-day rolling terms, with no long lease and no dilapidations clauses. Most members are set up within 24 hours of signing.
Do you also have long-term members?
Yes. Plenty of our members have been with us for years. The 30-day rolling agreement protects your flexibility, but there is no requirement to leave: stay as long as the space keeps working for your business.
Do you offer temporary or burst warehouse space?
Yes. Our modular co-warehouse units are designed for temporary, seasonal and burst storage. Take a unit for a single month, scale up for peak, then release the bay when you no longer need it.
How much does flexible warehouse space cost?
Pricing is transparent and quoted per unit, with one rate covering loading bays, sub-metered electric, enterprise WiFi, CCTV, parking and on-site amenities. Goods handling by our forklift drivers (RH&D) is charged at a competitive rate on top. Fill in the form below for a same-day quote.
Do I need my own forklift driver?
No. Our trained drivers handle goods in and out of your unit on a competitive RH&D (receipt, handling and despatch) rate, so you avoid the cost and admin of training, hiring and insuring your own fork-truck team.

Most members are operational within 24 hours of signing. Sign in the morning, move stock in the afternoon.
What is included in the rate?

Forklift handling is a separate, competitive RH&D rate when you need our drivers to move goods for you.
